Full On Depression - Eyes ClosedIf you understand this depression than my heart goes out to youNothing about this depression is safe or secure, it is just a form of torture we give to ourselves as we no longer care. If you do not know or understand this form of depression then make sure you understand what it is before you try to treat it. It will get very hard... please dont give up! although space might be needed letting them know they are loved and worth loving, it is important that they know this the one thing that it does allow you is Time! you have to work on yourself. (start slowly if you have to and work your way up. it's just like working out a muscle) a few things that will help: Stop the negativity!! you have conditioned yourself to the negativity so you are drawing it into your world. it taes time to retrain your thoughts... I used a rubber band at times, when I started thinking negatively I snapped it hard and reminded myself that there is a way out and then I asked what I could do about it to help me and possibly others! Learn Love, this will beifit you so much i cant tell you... once you learn love... Give it to the most important person in your life... YOU! dont let your decisions make things worse, always have your back... if you need pills set an alarm and take them religiously! (like you would for the someone you love the most in life) learn love... love yourself... find yourself and always do whats right by you... help, dont hurt others... it hurts you both! 2 wrongs dont make it right! learn to love yourself again, I dont care who you think you are! you are loveable Be You! you are what you are until you make yourself something different, Only you can make yourself better... and what anyone else thinks... isnt your issue. Find yourself again, learn who you are and you might find why you are here (we all n learn to forgive, forgiveness is a wonderful thing it isnt something you do for the person you are forgiving as much as you are doing it for yourself, you cant learn to love filled with hate (I learned to forgive by learning how to forgive, in other words I forgave small things and worked my way up the ladder. the very hardest person I had to fogive was myself... I saved that for last.) this is a hard time... because depression wants everything to be so negative... and it will take and make what it can... try ignoring the negative give it no space in your life, ()if something bad happens yes, ok... recognize that its terrible and move on, try to being and realize the positives in it... yes, there always are positives! stop dwelling and speaking the negaatives or find a friend that will listen and tell them you need someone that will listen right now and Unload on them... dont forget the positive aspects and remember to state them after each negative... if you have to think about it for awhile then do that! ()they might even be able to help you realize that it isnt all negative even if you cant see it. it will be hard! and it will seem like you arent getting anywhere that the negative is too much and you just dont want to do it anymore!! realize that this is depression talking... every little bit that you can do to be positive will make your life better if you see it or not! remember that and you will find hope. remember you are just in a moment! you have great love and joy coming your way! you just have to be there to greet them. one of the things I did when I was at my absolute worst... was to make a todo list of the things I need to get done! (even if it was just a bath or brushing my teeth) and celebrating every thing I got done! If I Didnt get it done... well, there is always tomorrow and tomorrow is new hope for the future. Triggers
